Do you offer discounts for active duty or retired military service members or first responders or their spouses?

We love and support our active duty and retired Members and Spouses of the United States Military and First Responders. We are grateful and humbled by their service and sacrifice for this great Country. As a token of our appreciation for their incredible acts of bravery and service to others, Megan Elizabeth Fine Art Photography provides a 20% discount on all photographs. I would like one of your photographs in a size not listed. Do you offer custom sized photographs for purchase?

Some photographs are available in additional sizes. Please use the Contact Form to inquire about other sizes available. Be sure to specify which photograph(s) you are inquiring ab out. Additional fees may apply to custom size photographs.

Do you provide matting and framing?

Megan Elizabeth Fine Art Photography does not currently provide matting and framing. Generally a light color mat and black frame is recommended. If you have questions about mats and frames, I am happy to provide recommendations. I also encourage you to consult with a local frame shop of your choosing.

I changed my mind, can I get a refund or exchange?

All Megan Elizabeth Fine Art Photography sales are final and no refunds or exchanges are granted. If your style has changed, check out the SHOP for a new photograph to fill your space.

How do you ship your photography?

All photographs are personally reviewed by me and shipped directly from my studio. After careful inspection, each photograph is gently wrapped in photograph safe paper, placed in a plastic sleeve and protected in a 6"x30" mailing tube to avoid bending, creases and scratches. USPS shipping insurance, based on the purchase price, is included free of charge. If your photo arrives damaged, it is your responsibility to file a claim with USPS. Once a photograph is mailed, Megan Elizabeth/Megan Elizabeth Fine Art Photography is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged photos and will not provide any refunds.

I purchased a photograph and it arrived damaged. What should I do?

Great care is put into preparing and packaging photos for safe shipping. Sometimes things happen and packages are damaged. USPS shipping insurance, based on the purchase price, is included free of charge. If your photo arrives damaged, it is your responsibility to file a claim with USPS. Once a photograph is mailed, Megan Elizabeth/Megan Elizabeth Fine Art Photography is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged photos and will not provide any refunds.

Can I commission a photograph?

Yes, I do commissioned photography. Please use the Contact Form to tell me a little more about what type of photograph you are looking for. Additional fees may apply.
